- All prices charged are in UK £ (pounds sterling)
All prices shown exclude VAT at 17.5%. For orders inside the EU, this tax will be added by selecting the correct tax / shipping region in the shopping basket.
- The total price charged does not include any local Import Duty or Tax which may have to be paid by the customer.
- Delivery worldwide is by Royal Mail or Parcelforce standard and express services.
For UK , standard delivery is £5.00 and the expected delivery time is 2 - 3 days from date of despatch.
Express delivery is £7.50 and the expected delivery time is 1 - 2 days from date of despatch.
For other EU, standard delivery is £8.50 and the expected delivery time is 3 - 5 days from date of despatch.
Express delivery is £15.00 and the expected delivery time is 2 - 3 days from date of despatch.
For the rest of the world, standard delivery is by courier and costs £15.00. The expected delivery time is 2 - 7 days from date of despatch, depending on location.
- Upon receiving your order, we will contact you (by e-mail or phone) to confirm the details, total cost and anticipated despatch time. You may cancel your order without penalty if this unacceptable.
- We accept the following credit and debit cards - American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta. The total cost in pounds sterling will be debited from your account, but will appear in your own currency on your card statement. The exchange rate is determined by the banks at the time of the transaction.
- Your credit/debit card account will be charged with the total agreed price upon despatch of your order, unless it is for a personalized item.
- For personalized gavels and special commissions, we require pre-payment of the total cost upon confirmation of your order.
- We normally despatch stock items within 48 hours. For personalized and other items please contact us for an expected despatch date.
- As the gavels are made from natural materials, there may be slight variations from those on display. This should be regarded as characteristic of a unique item.
- Your contract with us (Fynewood) will be governed by the law of Scotland.
